Changes in the Russian legislation
It is known that many motorcyclists don't put on the account vehicles in avoidance of reception of numbers and payment of taxes, and so:
On November, 3rd deputies of the State Duma have approved in the first reading the bill which toughens sanctions for infringement of Traffic regulations and for management of transport which isn't registered or hasn't passed checkup. Respective alterations are brought in the Code about administrative offenses.
In interview to "Messages" a member of Main board of party “Fair Russia” Michael Yemelyans has told that the made changes, not only will toughen punishments for separate kinds of offenses, but, during too time, will operate in favor of drivers.
Yemelyanov has explained that becomes tougher, for example, punishment for use of license plate which is soiled or is badly looked through. The sum of such penalty is increased from present 100 roubles to 500. For departure on a counter strip there is only one measure of punishment – deprivation of a driving license. At the same time, Michael Yemelyans hasn'ted, with introduction of a photo and videos of fixing of such infringements arrive numerous complaints of drivers that is frequent them deprive of the rights wrongfully.
Also the penalty for management of unregistered transport to 5000 roubles has been increased. “But also here at a photo and video of fixing at drivers it will appeal against against possibility”, – has added Yemelyans.
“Certainly, on our roads it is necessary to put things in order. After all all know figures when on roads the population of a small city perishes. Naturally, toughening of punishments and strengthening of preventive measures certainly should promote the permission of this situation in a positive direction”, – the member of Main board of party “Fair Russia” Michael Yemelyans considers.
